These terms cover your use of texantough.shop, including retail orders and wholesale accounts. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

The store
Texan Tough sells through this website. Product names, photos, prices, and stock can change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order we cannot fill. If we cancel an order you already paid, we refund the charge.

Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. The confirmation lists the order number. That number is how we look the order up.

You agree to provide a current email, phone, and a shipping address where someone can receive the package. If a carrier cannot deliver because the address is wrong or incomplete, you are responsible for the result, including a returned shipment.

Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The total at checkout includes the product price, shipping, and tax shown before you pay. A discount code takes a percent or a fixed amount off the product subtotal. It does not make shipping free. Free shipping, when offered, applies only after the bag reaches the amount stated on the site.

Payment is taken by Square. You authorize Square to charge the method you choose for the total shown. We do not store your full card number.

Shipping
We ship to the address on the order. Delivery dates from the carrier are estimates, not a guarantee. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the package.

Returns and refunds
If you need to return or cancel an order, contact us before sending anything back. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original Square payment. A refund receipt comes from Square. Shipping charges are refunded only when we say so. We may refuse a return that is used, opened, or missing parts, unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product.

Wholesale accounts
A wholesale account is a privilege, not a right. We may approve, refuse, or close an account. Dealer pricing is either a percent off the retail price or the catalog wholesale price we set for that account. A percent off retail does not change the wholesale price stored on the product. A minimum order, if one is set on the account, must be met before checkout.

Resale information you send us must be accurate. You may not share dealer prices or your login with the public.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, try to break into it, scrape it, or place orders with stolen payment details. We may block an account or an order that looks fraudulent.

Intellectual property
The site, our name, and our product photos and text belong to Texan Tough or our licensors. You may not copy them for your own store without written permission. Product names and brands of third parties belong to their owners.

Disclaimer
The site and products are provided as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for a carrier’s delay. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The effective date will change with it. An order already placed stays under the terms in effect when you placed it.
